We are currently looking for staff. Please read this thread thoroughly if you are interested in joining our team, as the requirements of staff are written here. I am not a very demanding person, and am mostly laid back and calm, but I really do not have a need of staff whom are uninterested in actually providing help for the forum.
I need help in many aspects. I have done very limited roleplay on proboards forums, so how they are run, what the best way to do so, and other such details, can sometimes escape my attention.
What I am looking for
- Dedicated and hard working people. While I am not a slave driver by any means, I do need actual help running this forum. So it is important to me that whomever I do accept, comes with the ability to not just work on the forum, but to be active, and a part of the team.
- Experienced proboards roleplayers. Since I am not, the experience you carry with you from other roleplay forums, staffing there or roleplaying there, can help me a great deal. I may need advice on what to add, where to go with things, and what I may be missing.
- A base knowledge on how to run a roleplay. It is important you understand that Cayus has a specific world, storyline, and plot. While we are open ended for others plotlines to take shape on their own, all staff should definitely provide a push for the existing storyline via their roleplay.
- I am only going to be promoting ONE forum administrator at this time. This will likely be someone I know, or someone who comes HIGHLY recommended by other roleplay boards. If you feel you deserve this position, you are going to need to provide some background, and links to places I can go to ask about your ability as staff.
- Promotional ability. No, don't go spamming us on other forums, but telling your friends, being on the lookout for places where you CAN link our forum, etc. etc. Word of mouth and activity are going to be our main source of members.
- Active roleplayer. I understand everyone has a life, and these lives come before any online activity. However, as staff you must be willing to both create characters, play them, and play them with new members. Posting weekly is ideal.

It is important for me to gauge your ability based on what you believe that ability is. Include all information you feel you need, including links to locations you already staff if applicable.
